House Fly at around 6-7mm or so in size are a perfect advancement from fruit flies when they just aren't big enough for your growing little ones.
They are perfect for smaller mantis species or around l3 or l4 larger species (these are only guides as not all species are of similar size)
Equally they are great for young growing spiders around the 5-6 mm or so size
We have regular stock of these as we culture them on site rather than buying them in.
