Greenbottle at around 8-10mm or so in size are a perfect advancement from House flies when they are no longer big enough to satisfy your little ones.
They are perfect for all mantis species be it a small adult or larger juvenile.
Equally they are great for young growing spiders that require something a little larger than a House fly, Curly wing or hatchling locust
